Bright colors on needlework

Bought to make DIY gifts. The needles no. 22/24 are very easy to knit. Threads don't stick. Comes hardened for project work and can be washed to soften the final project. The colors do not seem to dissolve in cold water. Great fabric and came in a resealable bag.
