The most helpful feature is being able to see all of your data in one place. It makes it easy to see where you are strong and weak, but also allows you to build out specific content pieces for individual channels. Also, the customer service has been great! We've had no problems with ctrlio other than getting our data into the system correctly. I would like to be able to see the data across channels in one spot, along with our daily spend, and have a way to get reports on individual channels. This would help us analyze overall trends and spend.
