Great product that helps provide visibility over multiple platforms

The most helpful feature is being able to see all of your data in one place. It makes it easy to see where you are strong and weak, but also allows you to build out specific content pieces for individual channels. Also, the customer service has been great! We've had no problems with ctrlio other than getting our data into the system correctly. I would like to be able to see the data across channels in one spot, along with our daily spend, and have a way to get reports on individual channels…

Great Email Marketing Tool & Customer Service

I love how easy it is to use this product as well as their customer service team. They are always just a phone call away! It's hard sometimes trying to determine what causes your customers' behavior change (i would be lying if i said it wasn't). However, after using this software on my site a couple times, we have seen some amazing results in our click-through rate! Also been able to make huge improvements in CTR within 24hrs. We haven't implemented any advertising changes yet but once we do, I

  • Has awesome customizable templates; Easy Reporting system where even non technical users can run reports without requiring coding skills
  • Very responsive support staff who get back promptly whenever an issue arises , especially during weekends
