I bought a cheaper model but it has some problems. One of my laptop's docking stations isn't working with the Switch. I contacted support and was surprised by the quick response with some suggestions to try and a promise to ship a new block if needed. None of them helped so I requested a new block. I got a response that they will ship a more advanced block (at no extra charge). I installed it and have been using it ever since. It's easy to set up. As with all KVM switches, there are some cables, but that's to be expected. I've attached some photos of my setup. It's really nice to be able to use one monitor between my work and home laptops. The shared monitor (right) is 4K and works great with the Switch.
