Here's what I learned within 5 minutes of opening the box:1. The model I got, labeled "New", was manufactured over 6 years ago. Either it's secondhand or it's been rotting in a warehouse for the better part of a decade.2. The build quality is shockingly bad on every component. Cheap, poorly designed. The 4 (!) non-included AA batteries had to be forced in and out due to bad sizing.3. Like everyone says, the net really is too short. It did technically stretch to fit, but there was so much tension it looked like it could tear any second. It caused both net posts to bend inward.4. The instructions are poorly written & designed, and crucial information is missing.5. They want you to DRILL SCREWS into your table in order for this thing to work.6. Most important: It doesn't work. The unit literally never even powered on. The whole "sitting in a warehouse for 6+ years" thing probably didn't help.Very disappointing to see from Stiga.
