I love that it's easy for my patients, staff members & providers to access information in one location without having to search multiple different sites or apps.
Sometimes when trying to use some features, you have many options such as how far down your page scroll before hitting next etc. It can be difficult at times figuring out what exactly it means if you do not know how much more/less info there should be displayed! There are so few downsides from this app compared with other tools offered within our practice setting but that could also mean we're just used too them already :) We've been able to improve patient care through communication between doctors, nurses and schedulers while keeping records organized using all aspects of their profile which really helps us keep track of who has seen each doctor.
- Being connected via phone call directly into an actual person is great vs calling someone over email only where they may take days (or longer)to respond back..and then sometimes no response ever comes because people get buried under emails daily like myself..plus being reachable by texting works well especially during busy hours since most will answer messages instead than taking calls.a very positive aspect about BHLabs team working together towards making
