Review on 🚀 Unleash Unprecedented Braking Power with Power Stop Z26-1053 Extreme Performance Brake Pad by Justin Vasquez

Bought for my CTS-V after several people recommended this make/model on a car forum. Bought this particular kit for the rear brakes and another one for the front wheels. First I mounted the front pads which looked and fit perfectly. The kit includes replacement pins and clips. Not so happy with the rear kits as there were clearly some manufacturing issues. The first pair of rear pads were fine, but the replacement pins couldn't be pushed all the way out of the caliper - no big deal, I just used the original pins and it was fine. In the final set, none of the pins could pair with the pads. It took me a while to figure out the problem which was a misaligned braking surface on one of the pad sets. As can be seen in the pictures, the brake material lay on a pad directly opposite the pin holes. When the pin was pressed, it was deflected outward. I ended up using a drill and bit to cut the material so I could install it. I ended up doing it, but I'm a little worried about the possibility of uneven wear on opposite sides of the rotor since that one pad will wear right on the outside of the inner rotor. Hooked it up and it seems to be working fine so far.
