Review on Arrow PSA by Bradley Wacks

I like that it is easy for our accounting team to access information they need without having to go through my email or calendar first. It can be difficult sometimes when you are trying to reach someone in an office where there isn't much communication, but this has not been too big of problem so far with all departments we've worked closely with at ARROW! We use arrows primarily as a way to track changes/approvals throughout projects - which helps us keep up to date with what needs attention from each department.
