Okay, then what's the point of calling it matte when it adds shine to what you apply it to? I bought it thinking the finish would be matte as it says, but when I applied it was the complete opposite of a matte finish. I know the directions say to use a matte finish, but then again, why would you call it a matte finish if it's not matte? I just used this on a pair of Ultraboost and painted the Boost matte black. I applied this to the MATTE Black color to seal it and it made the MATTE Black color SHINY. Why advertise and call it MATTE finish when you really need another product (matter) to make it matte?
