I like that it allows me to see my data in real time as well, which is very helpful when trying new products or services with different customer types! It's also easy for someone who has no technical experience at all (myself) because everything can be found via this website - even though there are many tutorials available online too.* The lack of updates/upgrades from Sales Intelligence itself could use some work* Pricing needs more flexibility-it would help if they offered monthly plans instead of annual ones only.-I'm using SAIS mainly so we track our pipeline effectively by having visibility into what stage each campaign currently sits within an account & across accounts.
