Great software and great support team

I like that it allows me to see my data in real time as well, which is very helpful when trying new products or services with different customer types! It's also easy for someone who has no technical experience at all (myself) because everything can be found via this website - even though there are many tutorials available online too.* The lack of updates/upgrades from Sales Intelligence itself could use some work* Pricing needs more flexibility-it would help if they offered monthly plans…

  • We get most value out off its' reporting capabilities than anything else really.the analytics feature gives us better insight compared other solutions such SAP CRM /amp; SFDC etc..so good tool!!!!!

Great tool if your looking at tracking prospecting stages

I like that it is easy to use, has many features in one app (it's not all just CRM), can be used for multiple departments/functions within an organization or department, great customer support team! It could have more options when creating reports than what you are able to do with other apps out there such as Hubspot & Salesforce which makes this product very limited compared to others available today. There were some issues we had using our own data from another system but they got them…

So far its been helpful and seems like something everyone should use

The ability to see how much time is left in each day, as well seeing if there are any open tasks that need my attention or not! It's also great for keeping track of all appointments I have set up with clients/customers - it makes managing them so easy!! There isn't anything really bad about this software but maybe looking into adding more features would be nice (you could add multiple calendars from different sources). This has made things easier than ever before when working at an office…

Great tool! Helps you with customer journey

The best thing is that it gives me an overview of all my customers in one place. I can see which ones are hot, cold or maybe even cold but on the rise. It's easy to use and has given us a lot of insights into our customers.I would like to be able to export reports in different formats so that we can send them out to clients when required.
