I like that it is easy to use, has many features in one app (it's not all just CRM), can be used for multiple departments/functions within an organization or department, great customer support team! It could have more options when creating reports than what you are able to do with other apps out there such as Hubspot & Salesforce which makes this product very limited compared to others available today.
There were some issues we had using our own data from another system but they got them resolved quickly so no big deal here. We're solving time-consuming tasks by automating processes across several teams - everything from lead scoring through reporting needs.
