It is an amazing tool to help you plan your meals, grocery list shopping, etc! I love that it has so many options for food allergies/intolerances as well as vegetarian diets. There isn't much room to customize recipes. You need to know what ingredients are in each recipe before using it to create a custom meal plan. Once you have made several plans, you can change some of the ingredients (like dairy) but not all. If you're looking to find a way to keep track of what foods you eat or how often they should be eaten, this software will do just that. We use it at work to make sure we don't forget about our clients' dietary needs while working together over email.
