First of all good, I agree with all the positive reviews as long as the mug is new, and then everything goes downhill. I bought 4 of these cups, all 4 have problems. The biggest problem is the broken lid. The seal will peel off the metal and the lid will twist if you try to remove it from the mug. Now it takes a screwdriver and a husband to remove it. This was done with two circles. The next problem is that the open/closed lid wears out so you won't know what condition your mug is in without tipping it to see if anything comes out (with this type of lid there is it is therefore not recognizable whether it is open or closed). the label). Finally, the paint wears off, which doesn't affect the cups' ability to keep warm, but peels everywhere, including your face when you drink from them.
