The product is easy for physicians who are not computer savvy at all! I love that it has options available where you can add your own fields if needed (or have them added).

It's very customizable so everything fits perfectly as long there isn't anything missing when creating forms/schedules etc.. There seems like some glitches here &there but they do work hard fixing those issues quickly because of how well their customer service team works out problems within minutes sometimes seconds!! If something goes wrong just contact support immediately. We're solving our scheduling needs by having electronic access through this program which helps us keep track more easily than paper records would allow otherwise - also gives better oversight over patient care plans.
