This item is complete bullshit. The software is so bad that the device is almost unusable. Several reasons: 1. Even after resizing the screen correctly, the Netflix "app" still didn't fit the screen. 2. The preinstalled Netflix was not an app at all, just a website downloader.3. Netflix could not be found in the Play Store. I'm sure other apps won't be found either.4. The Play Store was practically unusable. There was no indication of where the cursor was, so I had to click and find what I wanted through trial and error.5. I tried to factory reset the device to erase my information. The device starts again in the setup menu, but the clock is not reset, so there was no explicit factory reset. I will ask for a full refund although not sure if I can even send this back as clearly my credentials are still on it. To be honest I would be embarrassed to give my name and sell a product with such a bad design.
