It's amazing! After watching a lot of videos and doing some research I wanted this to be my first try at micro soldering. I had to remove the plastic home button connector from the iPad 4 motherboard. These things are tiny! I took a ts100 soldering iron and a cheap heat gun. I added some flux to the board and used a soldering iron to apply ChipQuick to the leads on the connector. I did this to reduce damage to the plastic speaker terminal next to it. Once the ChipQuick melted into the tiny joints, the connector immediately detached from the board! It was amazing to see. I then used a braided wick to get everything off the board. Absolutely perfect, I didn't even lift the pad. I could just use a hot air station and take it straight off the board, but I really wanted to see if this thing worked. Very cool!
