It helps us in keeping our database clean and also it has an option of sending reminder emails after a specified time period which I think is very helpful because sometimes we forget about those who have requested to close their accounts but they haven't actually done so yet. There are some problems with this software like how can you see all previous data that was saved? You need to log off from the website if you want to view them. And sometimes there's no way to delete records even though it says it does. So please use it while using this software make sure that you know what exactly you're doing otherwise you might end up losing important information. We were looking for something where we could track cancellations and send reminders too.
