Review on BioNutritional Research Group Protein Caramel by Robert Wyble

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Delicious; rich in protein; Low carb – just don't eat 5!

This is really amazing. I've been on a low carb diet for the past 3-4 months and have lost just over 40 pounds. I jumped on the local 7-11 after seeing the low carb and high protein content and was shocked to actually like the taste. I was expecting something that would at least curb my hunger, but figured that like most protein bars, I'd be able to stomach it. I was very pleasantly surprised. My friend, who is also on a low-carb diet, loves chocolate, so I was glad she liked it too. day it got expensive. We found these at our local grocery store and paid $5 for 4 tiles which was a great discount but the regular price was $2 for $3, also a good deal. That's about the amount I buy from Revain, but now they do home delivery, which is a lot more convenient. I also don't have to deal with the grocery store running out of certain flavors, I only stock a small amount and compete with others for what they have left. My advice, to keep them from getting a bit crumbly and also to improve the flavor (a lot in my eyes), is to keep them in the fridge. Now when I buy 2 boxes of chocolate and 2 boxes of salted caramel (for me) they are always there when I need them. My only problem now that I'm trying to keep losing weight is not eating 5 a day instead of 2, which works well on a low carb diet. They're fine, but I just need to train myself to stick to 2 bars a day or get really fat. ;-)
