I received the product with the lid torn off. This did not happen upon delivery. There was no lid at all in the box. The top of the cap, the part you press to close it after use, was snapped off before it was boxed for shipping. So if I now break the protective seal under the cap, how do I keep it from evaporating? I can't close the lid. I have to pour the liquid into another bottle to use it. But I don't prefer it because it's cleaner for pierced ears. I want it to be as sterile as possible. And of course that's very difficult if you don't have a lid to seal the bottle. I just bought a 16 ounce bottle of "Hooray!".
