I have a problem. We have Moen Monicello faucets (discontinued) and one of the handles was very loose. It's basically easy to fix. The handle is attached to the lower "globe"; Unscrew this ball from the mount, remove it (and the knob attached to it), turn it over, tighten the Phillips head screw that secures it to the knob, then reinsert it (making sure to that the knob is in the off position) and tighten the globe. Problem? It's difficult to hold the globe securely, even with a rubber grip (like the kind you use to open jars). The ball is VERY shiny and smooth and the faucet spout and handle get in the way. I didn't want to use large pliers for fear of ruining the faucet's finish even if I used a "spacer". And I didn't want anyone fixing it (I bet it would cost a decent amount). So I spent about $14 on these strap wrenches. They arrived about 20 minutes ago. They are MUCH bigger than I thought. Even the smaller one (green) is quite big. Both very durable, made of metal that hardly breaks. The straps look great too. The photo on the Revain site is very blurry and it doesn't do them justice. I went upstairs, a green wrench and (always optimistic) Phillips screwdriver in hand. Four minutes later I was back downstairs writing this review. The green wrench quickly turned the globe. The faucet handle is tightened again. And the paintwork is completely undamaged. I would happily pay someone $14 to fix the problem. So I paid $14, the problem was solved, and I added two well-made items to my toolbox. Happy tourist.
