Great Fryer. I use it at least three times a week. It's so easy to clean, especially if you use parchment sheets. I was concerned that since it uses hot air and a fan it might dry out food like a convection oven. I have a convection oven that keeps me from using it. This air fryer won't dry out food unless you overcook it. There's a slight learning curve, but since the fryer doesn't turn off when you check the food, it's easy to check and see if the food is done or if the temperature has been reached. One of the best things I've ever bought.
