Nearly impossible to snatch

I did this first with a 14 oz. hard tofu packaging. The press was easy to use. Place the tofu in the perforated tray, place the unperforated tray on top, place both in the main spring tray. Press down on the latches at both ends and fold over to secure everything. After the night in the refrigerator, a lot of water has evaporated. The pressed tofu was perfect. The second time I used it was with a 16 ounce block of super hard tofu. I couldn't force both sides of the lock. I squeezed so hard that the tofu started to ooze around the edges. I ended up taking out the tofu and slicing off about 1/4 inch of its thickness to fix it. The third time was with my usual brand, purchased from Club "C" stock: House Foods Organic Firm 16-oz. Same difficulty in snapping, but not as bad as super hard ones. I had an assistant engage the latches and I used both hands to push the top. This product would be perfect if they added a second notch to the flip clasps that required less pressure. After a few hours, enough water is extracted so that you can easily use the notch for more pressure. If you liked this review, please click the helpful button below.
