Review on Sunmaki by Scott Kulothungan

I was eager to test Sunmaki since they promised a flawless cup of coffee, and I am a coffee aficionado. My encounter with their internet store, however, was a major letdown. In addition to being small, the kitchen and home goods assortment lacks the advertised attractive and well-designed features. In addition, the customer service was appalling. I contacted their customer service department for help with my order, but they weren't responsive or helpful. Putting money into a company that doesn't value its clients is frustrating. Overall, I had a bad experience with Sunmaki, and I wouldn't suggest anyone shop there. There are many more superior options that offer a larger selection and better customer service if you're seeking for a high-quality coffee or kitchen goods. Sunmaki is not worth the time or money.
