Just used this when changing the battery in my Lexus GX470. I plugged it in (with new 9V), turned the ignition key to accessory and replaced the car battery in about 20 minutes. My car's seat memory and radio presets were saved, which were the most important elements for me. It didn't save any time on the clock and I still had to reset the auto raise/lower feature on all windows, but it was easy and quick to do. Overall, the purchase of this memory guard was worth it. SEP 2017 UPDATE: I used this when changing the battery in my Lexus LS430 and it worked great. The memory saver was plugged in for 10 minutes with the car key switched to accessory while I was changing the battery. Seats, radio stations and window settings have been saved.
