I bought this sandpaper, it comes in different grits. I've just started using a few different grits when sharpening and polishing a knife. I let it work well on the metal, sanding away the scratches and making the metal shine. I've used 80-320 grit sandpaper on the wood planer I'm working on, sanded and faded out the scratches really well. The only reason I didn't give it a full star is the size of the sandpaper can. does not fit on the rubber block. You need to cut out the block of wood, maybe glue rubber on the block and then sandpaper.
