Review on RANCO ETC-111000 Digital Cold Temperature Control: Versatile New Solution by Paul Barnes

This is one of the coolest technologies out there. Extremely accurate and I've used it for 3 different things now. Since you can set it to register HOT or COLD, I have two of them. I first used it in my aquariums to control the heating I did, heck it kept it at exactly 60 as I requested with a 2 degree variable. Then I put it in the chick brooder where I installed the lightbulb, BAM! straight 85 degrees, again variable 2 degrees. During the summer I used it on my Swap Cooler, the most stable summer I've ever had when this controller ran the cooler. When I plugged it in, I placed a dual socket on the side you plug into, so it controls two aquarium heaters NOW. I actually bought 5 of these, I have 3 more just in case, but as good as the first two are, it doesn't look like I'll ever need them.
