60w solar panel is ok. A bit bulky but manageable. I like living in a small house so I was looking for something that isn't too big and not too heavy. This is packaged in a well designed black canvas package with places to attach straps for hanging. You can fold it and connect the straps together. Appears secure and protected, won't scratch or smear when closed. I just hang it to charge it. Nice fold holes that would allow me to hang it next to my door so I don't have to leave it on the floor. So far very satisfied. UPDATE: I am deducting a star from the rating because the 60w RockPals solar panel was very difficult to pair with the RockPals 300w generator. A Y-cable is fitted to the solar panel as standard, which must be disconnected and replaced with another cable, the MC4 converter, which is included in the kit. There are so many possible connections and combinations, I struggled with this for 3 days and couldn't get the solar panel to power the generator. When the tech support answered my call they were very helpful and the issue is now resolved. But I felt that a better instruction manual and video link should be included with the product. By default, two Rockpals products should connect to each other more easily, or at least provide documentation and videos. I have searched the Internet very diligently for such materials and could not find them.
