The ability for us as consumers, to have access to all of this medical history without having to go through multiple doctor's offices has been an amazing tool when it comes time to getting care from specialists or doctors that we are not familiar with. I don't like how they make you create your account but do nothing else after creating it except try signing into their site which does not work at times either. It takes some patience to find what kind of insurance plan works best for you if you're new user because there aren't very many options. That being said though, once you get used to using them and finding out exactly who covers your procedure/hospital stay etc., then its great!
