New idea to save space

I've always had T-Fal pans in my collection. They last and last and are usually inexpensive. I feel the same about this cookware set from T-fal Ingenio. First, they are stainless steel and good heavy gauge stainless steel. You can see and feel the quality even before you use it. When not in use, the pans simply snap together and the handles don't protrude and take up valuable cupboard space. There are three pans of different sizes and a handle. I hope that the handle is always attached to one of the pans so it doesn't accidentally end up in the bottomless bottom of my dish drawer or take up space. The handle is opened with the buttons on the side and fastened by holding the handle. lower handle. It is securely attached to the rim of the pan. I tried to shake the pot vigorously, but he wouldn't let go. I noticed that the handle is attached at such an extreme angle that it is very uncomfortable to hold and my hand starts to hurt even when there is nothing in the pot. I'm sure one of the reasons for this is to keep the handle away from heat. The manual says to take the handle off when the pan is heating up on the stove and only use the handle to move it or take it off the heat. I didn't notice it and cooked with the handle on the left without any problems, but I have an electric stove. This can be different with gas and flame. The pots are the right size, but the biggest one isn't that big. It's not a problem for me, but maybe if you cook for the family. The pans themselves cook well. They heat up quickly so you have to watch your food because if you look away for a second it could be enough to burn it. And when they're hot, they stay hot. They aren't non-stick, so you'll have to use oil, vegetable oil, etc. for foods you know will stick. However, cleaning with them is not bad. Leave it on for a few minutes and it's almost like a non-stick coating. I love the clean, shiny look of stainless steel; However, they do not stay that way and become discolored from heat, acidic or salty foods. A good stainless steel cleaner is inexpensive and will keep them looking their best.
