I ordered this system to replace one I had for 4 years that just died. The new cameras hooked up to the same wiring I already had run to the locations I wanted, so made install very easy. Pluged everything in and hooked up a monitor directly to the dvr, and all four cameras are up and running. Yay! The new cameras have a much better picture than old, IR is very good, and they show a wider area. So far, so good. The problems began when I tried to follow the included directions to hook-up to my PC and also to my smartphone. The directions are not good, not clear. I emailed the company about these issues, and they responded 24 hours later, by telling me I just need to read the directions.Really? I wrote back not a happy camper and was told I need to download an app on my phone so we could chat and they could help get things going. They are 12 hours different from EST so had to wait until evening to get some help. Will was very nice, and after about 30 minutes, we finally got the app on the phone to work. He tried to get a browser version of the security app to run on PC, and it would not, so after 2 hours and numerous times being placed on hold, I started to watch videos on Youtube, and finally found one that allowed me to get the included security program running. All works well now. I am very happy with the cameras and system, but the directions really need a total overhaul to install system properly.
