Unfortunately I did not use the product immediately, so I did not notice the scratch damage in time to return the product. Luckily it doesn't leak, it's just a little thinner making it difficult to get in and out and much weaker at holding any weight in water or soil. I buy too much online here, can't check everything, once it arrives, I think I'll try better. The stars reflect the condition my item arrived in, although I would only add 1 star to each category if it were in perfect condition. Yours may arrive in a similar condition if shipped without any protection in a standard clear plastic bag like mine.
