Dishwasher melted

When I received the cube, there were obvious defects on the bottom of the product. I have used it several times, the blades are not very sharp. It was plastic so when I put it in the top rack of the dishwasher it deformed. Then the upper chopping part does not fit on the lower one. I bought it for $21.99, it has a lot of good blades and features, but after a few uses it became unusable.
