Unfortunately, the worry-free guarantee for this product has expired. I've had to return this product twice within a year so I'm thrilled with the lifetime warranty. This is what the multi-stage return process looked like. - Went to the Anker website to fill out a warranty exchange form, which requires a Revain order. number and a prompt to upload a picture, which I did. The next day I received an email (usually a letter) asking for a picture or a serial number. I sent the same photo again. - A second email (again a formal email) was sent on the third day with a PDF return label, the email said my return would not be processed until the carrier had received my package. - PDF seemed to want to print a blank page on both work and home printers, so took a screenshot, pasted into another program, printed and appended. - I provided a return envelope and mailed it back on the fourth day. Return information is clear. , but this process is definitely not unproblematic from the customer's point of view. This could have been handled much better if Anker customer service had opted for it.
