I was really looking for cordless vacuum cleaners. I wanted a vacuum cleaner with 250 or more watts. I have a kennel and wanted something lighter than my Kirby. This is for hard floors. Worked fine, but if you've got Kirby, you know. Doesn't vacuum or clean the whisk as well as it does. Didn't work well with very low pile and large entry mat. The battery has not been charged for 3 days. company email. Very good customer support. Tried reset, doesn't work. Wanted to send a new battery. Sold out, so sent everything new? Vacuum. I thought beautiful. Got it, the new cable charges, the old one doesn't. So now I had 2 right? nope After 3 days the new one did the same and the old one too. Now I'm literally going out. Emailed again. They apologize and refund my money. So good customer service but not a reliable vacuum cleaner. Save yourself the headache. I can now buy a cordless vacuum cleaner. Made in the USA but more expensive. I think Hoover is the only cordless vacuum made in the USA. I'm not talking about traditional sized cordless vacuums. I don't want them.
