No more raw stuffing!
Size, shape and weight. I have 2 colanders to make extra toppings when cooking a turkey for a large crowd; I put some turkey drumsticks on top of the extra stuffing for flavor, but that can make the stuffing soggy. The bottom of the sieve is raised so that moisture can drain off easily. Works perfectly! There is a protruding ring at the bottom.
