Terrible volume control but otherwise ok
This is a great idea for adding sound to any PC and having all the media controls, audio and microphone jacks and a few extra USB ports. But the volume control is terrible. It's very difficult to spin, makes a grating noise loud enough to be picked up by a microphone, and its low profile makes it difficult to grip with fingers. Otherwise it works as advertised.
