I have installed several of these at many customers. They are always in good condition when they arrive. They appear to be very durable, although I haven't experienced firsthand how they withstand natural disasters. I have a colleague who survived a tornado. It looks slim enough without actually taking up too much space given the data security it offers. Actually there is no problem with that.
