I like that this software is very user friendly! It's easy to use for everyone in our team from receptionists all way up to senior managers. Also great customer service who are always quick at responding any questions or requests we have via email/ phone call etc. The only thing about it i dislike slightly was how long it took us to get set up initially but once everything had been installed they were fantastic helping where needed when things didn't work straight away as expected (they did offer free support too which helped). We're able now just input hotel information into one central place rather than having multiple spreadsheets across various systems meaning quicker turn around times of rooms available - plus if there has be an error made within their database then its easily rectified so no big issue here either really! This solution works well together alongside other similar softwares such as Google Calendar & Outlook allowing.
