FAIL, EXCHANGE, FAIL, EXCHANGE, FAIL!
I'm so sorry I tried to save some money and ended up using those horrible controls. I changed 4 of them because they break every two months but they have always been under warranty. I even epoxyed the mistake on the last two, but the cables might just be too tight. This could be a great buy if they can find a way to keep the cables connected. Do yourself a favor and go OEM!
