I would give more stars, but the curing time is too long for that. When I change the pad it doesn't seem to be in the off season but in the burn season. This product took 12 hours to cure, and then things were exposed to 500 degrees of heat day after day to complete the curing process. I can't leave the wood stove door all day while it heats my house. I installed this, a new gasket, and let the door sit for 30 minutes and then put it on a wood stove with a small fire for the next 24 hours. After that I increased the heat and I could smell this product curing from the heat. Properly cured or not, I don't know, but the seal is in place and the door is airtight.
