Arrived very quickly and despite having the same part number they were not identical as you can see in the picture. One from the US, one from Mexico. Both of the same "quality" but essentially a mismatched pair. Called the Elevator Support Depot and got a bunch of blah blah blah asking me to send pics and then they can open a damage file, damage? Wtf they don't go together, plain and simple. I don't care which ones are replaced, I just wanted them to match and be about 1.5mm shorter. A ridiculous amount of excuses and distractions (harm? really?). In any case, good luck. You might get a matching set.
