The packaging was spot on. Came in Lowrance packaging. I can use this in my ice fishing car and also in my ice fishing ATV. I relocated the extra hardwire cable and then put heat shrink tubing over it to protect it as I will most likely just be using the cigarette lighter plug, but it's nice to know I can use either or .
