I ordered a set of cookware despite reading so many reviews that parts of the sets were broken when they got to the customer. I might have thought I was one of the lucky ones to get the dishes in decent condition, but of course not. Two plates and a cup were broken. The manufacturer's box dangled from the completely unprotected bottom of an oversized box. There was a piece of paper in the big packing box, but it was loose and moving about inside, mostly on the dishes. There was nothing under the plates in the boxes to house them, so they obviously got hit every time they were moved on the way to my house. I was so disappointed and still don't understand how Revane could be involved in such a cube delivery system. I have been their customer for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. I am now suspicious of purchasing future potentially fragile items. Even if they agree to return the dishes, there are additional costs, waiting time for replacements, and labor in packaging and shipping them back. Chances are this is the second time this is happening from what I've read. I am definitely disappointed in this purchase and will consider ordering meals elsewhere. Mrs. Lee S. Scott
