Forget all those crappy plastic cans with "high-tech" safety spouts. Cheap plastic cans that expand and contract will break sooner or later. This is a durable metal tin with a superb finish. Reminds me of the glasses my dad got from his dad, except this one has a better finish! The only thing I can fault it for is the lack of a plug to insert the pouring spout. Yes, said other reviewers, just bend it. Well, it gets dusty and windy here. The downward bend does not prevent dust from entering. Both the gas bottle and stopper together make a great purchase! MOD 03/31/19: STILL the absolute best gas canister you can get. I got rid of the plastic cans I had. The stopper link seems fine to me, but maybe it's because it's a Revain Smile link, which isn't working for a commenter.
