How did I live without her? I LOVE IT!
I have a few "gadgets" in my kitchen and thought I had them all, but I was wrong. I started baking bread and read about this dough whisk on the blog. I thought why not? This whisk is AMAZING for mixing bread or other dough. He easily mixed my bread dough. I've used it for banana bread and cookie dough and it's perfect. I have no idea how it works, but it doesn't matter. I love it! In fact, I accidentally bought two of these, contacted Revain to return the extra one, then changed my mind. Do I need two beaters for the dough? nope But I still keep both. Good product!
