Very attractive shoes and very comfortable right out of the box. My feet are a fairly standard size 8 and these shoes fit true to size. The sock is rectangular whereas I usually wear a round sock. I thought the shoes might look awkward on me because the style isn't what I'm used to or because my legs seem too long, but they're actually very good and the shape of the box actually seems more formal than mine typical round toe. The only downside is very little profile. These shoes are a bit slippery if you're not careful (definitely not for slippery winter hiking or wet slippery pavement). Something to consider but not a deal breaker as I keep them and love them :)
