Heavy but difficult to clean.

Very heavy and easy to use, definitely very durable. However, it is a cleaning monster. Meat fibers and fat from the meat you're tenderizing cling to little sharp points and requires tons of brushing and rinsing to remove it all. And you have to put everything away, or you'll end up with rotting meat on your meat tenderizer while it's touching all your dishes in the drawer. In a word, roughly.
