Calphalon fans in baking and cookie sheets
I'm a fan of Calphalon. This is my favorite pan. If the weight is not balanced when you put the pan in the oven, it will warp. Example: reheating 1 or 2 slices of pizza. The pan is deformed because there is not enough of it to level the pan. Still, I love this casserole dish. Perfect
