I started wearing Fitbit products 2 years ago. I started with Flex but decided I needed something that also worked like clockwork when I decided to upgrade. I ordered Versa in May (2018) and only used it for 3-4 months before my face went blank and stopped glowing. I contacted support who made me take a million steps to reset it, despite telling them the screen stays blank and nothing lights up or shows. They finally agreed to send me a new tracker but I had to return the old one. They sent me a label and luckily I had a few boxes so it was pretty easy. About 2 weeks after taking the original to USPS I finally received my new Versa and at first everything seemed fine. But then I realized it was calculating steps when I did absolutely nothing to guarantee the step count. One day I noticed him counting steps while he was petting his dog and the other night while I was at a comedy club I kind of hit my 5,000 step mark just because I was laughing really hard. This is a big problem as it messes up all other calculations. I am also unsure about the heart rate monitor as it was at 100bpm when I was sitting one day. Right now it's just an expensive watch that also has a date and helps me keep track of my cycle. There seem to be people who haven't had any issues with their trackers, but unfortunately I'm not one of them.
